This session will discuss Value-Based Care and Accountable Care Organizations for RHCs.  Medicare Shared Savings “tracks” and patient attribution will be explained.  Our session will review the common activities required by ACOs and how incentive funds are paid.  We will provide focus on incentives available from Medicaid MCOs, commercial payers, and most importantly, Medicare Advantage.  We will define the spectrum of risk, from no downside risk to full risk.  Our objective is to connect how "quality" activities apply to All payers right now, via CPT II reporting.
