First organized in 1989, the Illinois Rural Health Association (IRHA) is a collaborative association comprised of hospitals, Federally Qualified Health Centers, Rural Health Clinics, public health departments, individual clinicians, educational institutions, students and elected officials, whose mission is to strengthen health systems for rural residents and communities through advocacy, education, networking and leadership.

RHC Billing Overview 2023

This webinar provide a RHC billing overview of the essential components of claim requirements and service reporting. We will look at providers, locations, bundling incident-to services, Non-RHC Services, patient co-insurance/deductible, and claim examples. The status of Telehealth after the PHE will be reviewed. Specialists, Visiting Nurse services, multiple encounters, procedures in the clinic, and global billing periods in the RHC will also be discussed.
