Welcome to the First organized in 1989, the Illinois Rural Health Association (IRHA) is a collaborative association comprised of hospitals, Federally Qualified Health Centers, Rural Health Clinics, public health departments, individual clinicians, educational institutions, students and elected officials, whose mission is to strengthen health systems for rural residents and communities through advocacy, education, networking and leadership. Community Behavioral Healthcare Association CBHA RHTP Informational WebinarCBHA will host an optional informational webinar on September 23, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. CT. During the webinar, attendees will receive an overview of the funding opportunities, eligibility requirements, allowable uses of funds, the application process, and timelines. Attendance is encouraged but not required. Register for the webinar: Webinar link Eligible*: Behavioral Health Clinics, Certified Behavioral Health Clinics, & Substance Use Treatment Facilities (*but other entities can partner with them) Community Care Infrastructure/Integrated Care - Access the NOFO Here. Funded projects will support the development, expansion, or strengthening of integrated, team-based models of care that bring together behavioral health, primary care, and community partners. Integrated care may include multidisciplinary care teams, shared workflows, coordinated care planning, referral management, care transitions, information sharing, health information technology, and formal partnerships that improve communication, coordination, and whole-person care delivery. Overcoming Geographic Barriers to Care: Mobile Healthcare Innovation, Including Mobile Crisis Response, for Rural Illinois, - Access the NOFO Here.Funded projects will support the development, deployment, expansion, modernization, or long-term sustainability of mobile health models that enable direct behavioral health service delivery in rural Illinois. Funding is intended to build the organizational capacity needed to implement and sustain mobile service delivery, including workforce, technology, equipment, operational processes, partnerships, data systems, and related infrastructure.
