Gain insight into this successful SDOH (InCA) program and how Egyptian Health Department partnering with SIH, Harrisburg, Medical Center, Mulberry Center, Ferrell Hospital, the IL Health Practice Alliance and Gallatin County Wellness Center; has aimed to reduce expenditures and increase the quality of care for adult Medicaid beneficiaries with Behavioral Health (BH), Substance Use Disorder (SUD), and Physical Health needs in Southeastern Illinois.
