The End of the Continuous Coverage period means that IL will begin sending out notices required to redetermine eligibility of Medicaid customers.   This webinar will:

• Discuss how the redetermination process will roll out
• Review the "Ready to Renew Toolkit" 
• Review what HFS/DHS and the MCOs have planned for outreach and communication.
• Discuss how RHAs can support the redetermination process including how to find a patient's due date in MEDI.
